Hosted by The Junior League of Greater Lakeland and the City of Lakeland, the 41st annual Lakeland Christmas Parade took place on Dec 2, 2021. Although the parade was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the parade’s return was a success. With over 50,000 people in attendance, the parade’s theme, “Season of Joy,” opened with double the usual amount of fireworks to make up for last year.
